Slottsgården is a family-owned hotel with heart, located in the heart of historic Vadstena, next to Vadstena Castle. A boutique hotel with 22 hotel rooms and a restaurant with a sharing concept.

We are looking for summer staff for Slottsgården 2026!

Slottsgården's hotel and restaurant in Vadstena is now seeking amazing team members for the summer season of 2026!

We are a personal and dynamic workplace by Vadstena Castle and the guest harbor – we have a mix of hotel guests, restaurant guests, and events throughout the summer.

We are looking for the following roles:

• ✨ Runners
  For those who are a bit younger, have energy, and enjoy keeping a fast pace. You will assist the serving team by running out food, clearing tables, and supporting the team.
• ✨ Server
  You take orders, serve food & drinks, and are responsible for guests at the table. Experience is a plus but not a requirement – the right attitude is the most important!
• ✨ Head Waiter
  For those with experience in service and restaurants. You will manage the dining room, greet guests, coordinate with the kitchen, and drive the service experience.
• ✨ Bar Staff / Bartender
  You serve guests at the bar, mix drinks, manage the bar cash register, and maintain the flow.
• ✨ Cook
  You will be part of the kitchen team and prepare food according to our concepts. Experience from a restaurant or hotel kitchen is a plus. Here, a passion for food, pace, and teamwork is required.
• ✨ Breakfast Hostess / Reception
  You will be responsible for breakfast service and greet our guests with a smile. You will also assist at the reception with check-ins and check-outs, guest meetings, and inquiries.
• ✨ Dishwasher
  An important role behind the scenes! You will handle dishwashing, ensure we have clean glasses and plates, and keep the kitchen running.
